Godrej Consumer Products Limited has acquired the FMCG and sexual wellness business of Raymond Consumer Care Limited housed under the Park Avenue and Kama Sutra brands for a total consideration of ₹2,825 crores in an all-cash deal.
Khaitan & Co advised on structuring, drafting and negotiating the entire deal and advising on post-closing integration aspects.
