Lulu Group has acquired land admeasuring about 16 acres in Ahmedabad from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation at a consideration of ₹519 crore, for setting up a retail mall and other incidental development.

Khaitan & Co advised Lulu Group in reviewing, negotiating, revising and finalising the sale deed executed with AMC.
