MediaRadar Inc. has acquired the 'Vivvix' India brand assets from Numerator India Private Limited (an affiliate of Kantar Group Holdings Limited), which is involved in the business of providing advertising intelligence.

Khaitan & Co acted acted as the India counsel to MediaRadar Inc. in this acquisition deal.
