Nucleus Office Parks Private Limited has entered into a leave and license arrangement with Viacom18 Media Private Limited in respect of the commercial premises admeasuring ~4 lakh square feet of leasable area (approx.) spread across 10 floors in One Unity Center (Senapati Bapat Marg, Mumbai).

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Nucleus Office Parks in this deal. The marquee transaction is one of the largest transactions in the commercial office segment and involved drafting, negotiating, and finalising transaction documents with Viacom18 Media and their legal counsels and advising Nucleus Office Parks on different stages of the transaction.
