Khaitan advises Petronas on its investment in ReNew Power's Solar Project

A subsidiary of Petronas, is set to acquire a 49% equity stake in ReNew's peak power project.

Gentari Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Petronas, is set to acquire a 49% equity stake in NASDAQ listed ReNew Power’s 403 megawatt (MW) peak power project.

Khaitan & Co advised Petronas in this investment.
