Khaitan & Co, Anagram Partners act on acquisition of Pepperfry by TCC

Pepperfry is engaged in running a well-known Indian online marketplace for furniture and house décor.

TCC Concept Limited has acquired 95.18% stake in Pepperfry Limited, India's largest omnichannel furniture and home goods marketplace, from its existing shareholders.

Khaitan & Co advised TCC on this acquisition deal.
