TwentySeven Bakehouse, part of Urban Gourmet India Private Limited, has entered into a collaboration with Tata Starbucks to introduce and supply a curated food portfolio to select Starbucks stores across Mumbai including the Starbucks Reserve® store and coffee experiential stores.

Khaitan & Co advised TwentySeven Bakehouse on this collaboration. The Firm assisted the client in drafting, negotiating and execution of the documents in connection with the collaboration.
