Khaitan & Co, Sarthak Advocates act on London-based Voy acquiring Earlyfit Health

This acquisition allows Voy to expand its presence in the fast-growing Indian obesity care market.

London-based Digital healthcare company Menwell Limited, dba Voy, has made a 100% acquisition of Earlyfit Health Private Limited by way of a secondary purchase of shares.

Khaitan & Co advised Voy on this acquisition. The Firm advised on the structuring related aspects of the transaction from Indian foreign exchange laws perspective; assisted in the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents; conducted a legal due diligence on Earlyfit Health; and advised on raising of funds by Earlyfit Health from Voy post-closing by way of external commercial borrowings.

Earlyfit Healthcare offers doctor-led consultations, including endocrinologist services, and prescriptions for medications like GLP-1 to support obesity and metabolic care.

Post-acquisition, Earlyfit will now operate as Voy India.
