Khaitan, JSA act on Augmont ₹800 crore proposed IPO

Augmont Enterprises Limited has proposed an initial public offer of equity shares aggregating up to ₹800 crore, consisting of fresh issue aggregating up to ₹620 crore; and offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders aggregating up to ₹180 crore.

Khaitan & Co is advising Augmont on this IPO.

The transaction team consists of Abhimanyu Bhattacharya (Partner), Thomas George (Partner), Prathiksha Panduranga (Principal Associate), Tharun Vadlaptla (Associate), Sanjeev Ramakrishnan (Associate), Lakshmi Raj C (Associate), Shreya Shetty GR (Associate) and Shishir Mani Tripathi (Associate).
