Alteria Capital Fund II Scheme I (Alteria Capital) has made a venture debt investment of ₹60 crores in Captain Fresh (Infifresh Foods Private Limited).

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria Capital on this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate) and Vir Aditya Nanda (Associate).

Captain Fresh is engaged in the business of procuring, supplying, and processing (including on contract basis) fresh sea food.
