Alteria Capital has made a venture debt investment of ₹7.35 crores in Suite42 (One Suite Technologies Private Limited).

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria Capital in this investment.

The transaction team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Aditi Chandak (Senior Associate) and Vir Aditya Nanda (Associate).

Vertices Partners advised One Suite Technologies with a team led by Siddharth Raja (Senior Partner) along with Vishal Mehta (Partner) and Vani Panicker (Associate Partner).

Suite42 is engaged in the food and beverage industry, to access best-in-class manufacturing capabilities, and to process quality food products.
