Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL) has set up its joint venture in Hyderabad with Titagarh Firema SpA, Italy.
Khaitan Legal Associates advised TRSL on this JV and on the transfer of TRSL’s design centre to the joint venture.
The transaction team consisted of Sakate Khaitan (Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate), Srishti Dembla (Associate), Weindrila Sen (Associate) and Tejaswini Sangare (Associate).
The joint venture, Titagarh Firema Engineering Services Private Limited, is set up in Hyderabad and will carry on the business of research, engineering and design related services to support transit and propulsion business.
