Pulse Diagnostics Private Limited, a Kolkata based diagnostic company has entered into a joint venture with Neuberg Supratech Reference Laboratories Private Limited. With this, Pulse will become joint venture partner of Neuberg.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised and acted for Pulse Diagnostics.

The transaction team consisted of Sakate Khaitan (Senior Partner), Varsha Jalan (Partner), Abbas Jaorawala (Senior Director & Head-Direct Tax), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate) and Weindrila Sen (Associate).

With this, the joint venture’s market presence in Eastern India will stand enhanced. The joint venture will work towards expanding its current bandwidth by upgrading its central lab in Kolkata and opening integrated diagnostic centres across West Bengal and Eastern India.
