Alteria Capital has made a venture debt investment of ₹55 million in Smartstaff.
Khaitan Legal Associates advised Alteria Capital on this investment deal.
The transaction team consisted Varsha Jalan (Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate) and Weindrila Sen (Associate).
Smartstaff is in the business of developing and operating a B2B technology platform to connect independent blue collar/unskilled workers listed on the platform with business/organizations seeking to employ such workers.
They also received an investment from Arkam Ventures and other investors.
