InnoVen Capital India Fund has made a venture debt investment of an undisclosed amount in Eeki Automation Private Limited.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised InnoVen Capital India Fund in this investment deal.

The deal team consisted of Varsha Jalan (Partner), Sanjana Dasgupta (Senior Associate), Srishti Dembla (Associate) and Surbhi Burman (Associate).

Eeki is an agritech startup company which produces chemical free fruits and vegetables using hydroponics technology.
