Montanhydraulik GMBH has made a 100% acquisition of its India joint venture - Montan Hydraulik (India) Private Limited.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Montanhydraulik GMBH on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Sakate Khaitan (Senior Partner), Varsha Jalan (Partner), Sanjana Dasgupta (Senior Associate), Srishti Sneha (Associate), Tejaswini Sangare (Associate) and Weindrila Sen (Associate).
