King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) advised IGT Solutions on this acquisition deal.
The transaction was led by Rajesh Sivaswamy (Senior Partner) and Surbhi Kapoor (Associate Partner), with support from Udita Arya (Senior Associate), Associates Ashok Neelakandhan, Akriti Sharma, Mona Rawat, and Hariom Bajpai.

Yexle specialises exclusively in the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions built on the Appian low-code automation platform.
