Two SPVs of the Radiance Renewables Group have availed financial assistance from NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited for its renewable energy portfolio with operations in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Kochhar & Co acted as Lender's Legal Counsel and advised NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited on this transaction.
