ETS (Educational Testing Service) has acquired People Strong’s assessment and remote proctoring business Wheebox.

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan acted as legal advisors to ETS in this acquisition deal. The firm provided comprehensive transaction support including advising on structuring, legal due diligence, negotiations, finalization of transaction documents and closing related assistance.

The core team consisted of Kunal Arora (Partner), Manan Chhabra (Principal Associate), Dikshita Damodaran (Senior Associate), Ruchika (Associate) and Aman Gupta (Associate) with assistance on the due diligence from Kumar Panda (Principal Associate), Sameer Avasarala (Senior Associate) and Aishwarya Narasimhan (Consultant).
