Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited, pursuant to its Board Resolution dated November 7 2025, has made a Qualified Institutional Placement aggregating up to ₹500 crore.

Legacy Law Offices advised Garuda Construction and its selling shareholders on this QIP.

The Capital Markets team was led by Pradyun Chakravarty (Associate Partner), with support in Delhi by Naman Anand (Associate) and Pallash Pamnani (Trainee Associate), and in Mumbai by Meghna Shukla (Associate).
