Photonics Watertech Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus on the National Stock Exchange platform for an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹52 crore+.

Legacy Law Offices advised Photonics Watertech, the Selling Shareholders (Brajesh Amrutlal Patel, Vasantkumar Narayanbhai Patel, and Jayavik Hasmukhbhai Patel) and the Lead Managers (Goldmine Stocks Pvt Ltd and Valmiki Leela Capital Pvt Ltd) on this SME IPO.

The transaction was led by Naman Anand (Counsel), with support from Priya Kataria (Principal Associate) and Meghna Shukla (Associate).

Gandhinagar-based Photonics Watertech is engaged in providing end-to-end services in LED based lighting solutions, Solar EPC, Water Infrastructure and, Automation for the government sector (including institutional & public sector undertakings) and private sector customers.
