ANP Technologies Limited (dba “Lecturewala.in”) has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus on the BSE SME platform for an initial public offering of up to 50,00,000 shares aggregating to ₹11 crore+.

Legacy Law Offices advised Lecturewala as well as the Book Running Lead Manager Expert Global Consultants Pvt Ltd on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Roopali Chaturvedi, AOR (Senior Partner), Pradyun Chakravarty (Partner), Naman Anand (Counsel) and Mudit Jain (Associate).

Jodhpur-based Lecturewala primarily operates as a platform-based aggregator for teachers and/or coaching centres offering online coaching lectures primarily in the field of commerce education. It facilitates the sale of such lectures to individual students, businesses seeking to host such content on their own platforms and educational institutions. The Company partnered with Universities (UGC recognized) to offer UG and PG degree programs.
