Aurum PropTech Limited has made a share-swap transaction to acquire 100% of home brokerage platform PropTiger Marketing Services from REA India Pte. Ltd. in exchange for 5.5% shareholding in Aurum.

Lex Consult represented Aurum PropTech on this transaction.
