Lex Consult advises Belong on raising funds from Elevation Capital

Belong raised $5 million from the fundraise.

Lex Consult has advised Belong, a fintech platform focused exclusively on Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), in its recent seed funding round of $5 million.

The round was led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Relentless VC and a clutch of marquee angel investors.

The Firm advised Belong as well as its founders on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, documentation, regulatory strategy, and negotiation support.

The transaction team was led by Majid Afsar Siddiqi (Partner), with key support from Khushboo Khanuja (Senior Associate).

Founded in 2024, by Ankur Choudhary, Ayush Singh, Savitri Bobde and Sai Sankar M, Belong is building a comprehensive investment and financial services super-app explicitly designed for the needs of the global Indian diaspora. The platform enables NRIs to seamlessly invest in GIFT City based products like USD fixed deposits, AIFs and mutual funds addressing key friction points in cross-border investing.

The capital raised will support product development, hiring, and market expansion initiatives.
