Basil Technology Partners Pte Ltd have sold their stake in digital transformation company Accion Labs to True North, a mid-market private equity firm, for an undisclosed amount.

Lexygen Legal Consulting advised Basil Tech in this transaction.

The team was led by Vijay Sambamurthi (Founder & Managing Partner).

Lexygen had also advised Basil Tech on their first sale of a stake in Accion to TA Associates last year.
