Premion LLC has acquired Octillion Media India Private Limited, as part of its global acquisition of equity interests and assets of Octillion Media LLC. 

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan advised Premion on this acquisition deal.

The Corporate and M&A team comprised Gaurav Dayal (Partner), Sushrut Biswal (Partner), Suhaas Arora (Principal Associate), Yashraj Chauhan (Associate) and Nehal Kharyal (Associate).
