L&L acts on ICICI Bank re-financing project on Rajiv Chowk and Gurugram NH– 248A

ICICI Bank Limited (ICICI) has provided financial assistance to Rajiv Chowk-Sohna Highway Private Limited for the purpose of re-financing part of the project on six-laning and strengthening the NH-248A.

L&L Partners assisted on structuring of the transaction, negotiating, finalization and execution of the financing documents.

The transaction team was led by Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Senior Associate) and Himanshi Bhadoria (Associate).

The funds will be used for the project to expand the current existing 2.740kms at Rajiv Chowk to 11.682kms in Gurugram under NHDP Phase-IV, in the State of Haryana with a total length of 8.942 kms. The funds will be used to design, build, operate and transfer the hybrid annuity model of the National Highways Authority of India.
