L&L acts on Venus Pipes & Tubes IPO

The stock opened at ₹335 per share on the BSE, against the IPO price of ₹326, while the listing price on the NSE was ₹337.50

Gujarat-based manufacturing and exports company Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited has raised up to ₹1,654.16 million through its initial public offering of up to 5,074,100 Equity Shares.

The transaction team was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), Prashaant Vikram Rajput (Partner Designate) with due assistance by Associates Tripti Pandey, Sakshi Mandal, Rohit Patni and Ridhi Jain.

The equity shares of the Company were listed on the BSE Limited (“BSE”) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) on May 24, 2022. The stock opened at ₹ 335 per share on the BSE, against the IPO price of ₹326, while the listing price on the NSE was ₹337.50.

The IPO has been recognized as the ‘Fastest Subscribed IPO’ and received the Certificate of Excellence by the prestigious Golden Book of World Records.

Venus supplies its products for application in diverse sectors, including chemicals, engineering, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals, power, food processing, paper and oil and gas.
