L&L Partners acts on HealthQuad and BII US$20 million investment in Wysa

The round saw participation from HealthQuad and British International Investment (BII), as also the existing investors.

Wysa, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based mental health platform, raised US$20 million in a Series B round from HealthQuad and British International Investment (BII).

L&L Partners Law Offices advised HealthQuad on the deal.

The transaction and the diligence team comprised Nishant Singh (Partner), Chhavi Jhanji (Managing Associate), Saksham Madan (Senior Associate) and Associates Charith Reddy, Sach Chhabria and Maitri Meghnani.

Existing investors including US-based W Health Ventures, Kae Capital, Google Assistant Investments, and pi Ventures, among others, also participated in the round.
