Dr. Lal Path Labs Limited has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Suburban Diagnostics (India) Private Limited.

L&L Partners acted for Lal Path and the team was led by Senior Partner H.S. 'Bobby' Chandhoke along with Partner Shonali Choudhry and Jay Parikh, Managing Associate Varun Kumar, Senior Associate Ayushi Toshniwal and Associates Utkarsh Roy and Anirudh Singh.

The IPR Laws team was led by Subhash Bhutoria (Partner Designate) and Trushita Mehra (Associate).
