Luthra acts for IREDA in refinancing deals aggregating to ₹3900 Million

The cumulative deal value of ₹3900 million consists of two separate deals valued at ₹1155million and ₹2768 million each.

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) refinanced an 18 MW Hydro Power Project in the State of Odisha and a 100 MW Solar Power Project in the State of Telangana by sanctioning financial assistance of ₹1155.00 Million and ₹2768.00 Million respectively.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for IREDA in both the deals.

The transaction team for the Hydro Power Project deal consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Managing Associate), Himanshi Bhadoria (Associate) and Abhinav Singh (Associate).

The transaction team for the Solar Power Project consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Ashneet Chhabra (Senior Associate) and Pranav Dwivedi (Associate).
