NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited has provided financial assistance of ₹7,690 million to 15 SPVs of the Brookfield Renewables.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised and acted as Lender's legal Counsel for NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited on this deal.

Under guidance from Girish Rawat (Partner), the deal was executed by a transaction team consisting of Varun Chauhan (Associate), Himanshi Bhadoria (Associate), Abhinav Singh (Associate) and Pranav Dwivedi (Associate).

The financial assistance provided to the 15 SPVs of the Brookfield Renewables is for the renewable energy portfolio (comprising of solar and wind) having an aggregate capacity of 300 MW, spread across 5 States.
