OTS Consulting Services LLP has made a divestiture of a business division to ChampionX Corporation, a NASDAQ listed entity incorporated in the US.

ChampionX acquired the business through its India subsidiary, OTS Energy India Private Limited.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for OTS Consulting Services on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Vasudev Dibbur (Partner), Sai Meghana Konda (Associate) and Kamiya Gupta (Associate).
