Silveredge Technologies Private Limited has made a 100% phased acquisition of Vidgyor Media Technologies Private Limited, a leading ad-tech company, for an undisclosed amount.
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised and acted for Silveredge as the buyer’s counsel and assisted on structuring the transaction, conducting a legal due diligence of Vidgyor, negotiating, finalization and execution of the transaction documents. The Firm assisted in the closing of the transaction and is also involved in the completion of the post-closing formalities to ensure a seamless transition.
