A consortium of lenders has sanctioned financial assistance to Oriental Infra Trust (acting through its trustee, i.e. Axis Trustee Services Limited), aggregating up to ₹45,483 million. 

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised and acted for the consortium of lenders in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Managing Associate), Radha Murali (Associate), Ishita Bajaj (Associate) and Abhinav Singh (Associate).

The financial assistance is for the purpose of partly refinancing Oriental's existing secured indebtedness and onward lending to its subsidiaries inter alia to partly refinance such subsidiaries’ existing debt.
