The Ghaziabad Aligarh Expressway Private Limited (part of Cube Highways Group) sought refinancing from existing lenders, for strengthening and widening the Ghaziabad-Aligarh section of NH-34 from the existing four lanes to six lanes.

The Banking and Finance team of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the Borrower’s Legal Counsel for Ghaziabad Aligarh Expressway in this transaction.
