Reliance Brands Ltd has acquired approximately 26% of Circle E Retail Pvt Ltd. after investing an undisclosed amount.

Mansukhlal Hiralal & Co advised Circle E Retail Pvt Ltd. on the transaction documents such as the Share subscription agreement and the shareholders agreement and the disclosure letter. The Firm also advised the company on management agreements and other ancillary documents required.

The transaction team consisted of Bhushan Shah (Partner), Shreya Dalal (Associate Partner) and Keerthi Kamath (Associate).

Khaitan & Co (Kolkata) represented Reliance Brands in this investment.

The transaction team consisted of Shourya Sengupta (Partner) and Sneh Lata (Principal Associate).

Circle E is engaged in the business of manufacturing toys.
