The Firm advised on the complex legal structure due to the intricate interplay and overlapping IP ownership and licensing issues given the intersection of music rights and audio-visual rights in the songs and show and the usage and monetization rights across audio, video, promotional, and digital ecosystems, involving multiple stakeholders.
