Leading online content creator platform, Rigi.Club has raised $10M in a Series A funding round led by Accel India, Sequoia Capital India, and Stellaris Venture Partners.

NovoJuris Legal represented and advised Rigi.Club through this investment transaction.

The transaction team included Ashwin Bhat (Partner) and Amol Chitnis (Junior Partner).

Famous angel investors including Nitish Mittersain (CEO, Nazara), Apaksh Gupta (CEO, OneImpression), and Anupam Mittal (Founder, Shaadi.com), as well as creators like Tanmay Bhat and others, also participated in the round.

Rigi is a platform for creators, influencers and celebrities to grow, manage, and monetise their community.

Rigi has amassed a user base of over 200,000 members in the last five months, the majority of whom are between the ages of 18 and 24. In the next 12 months, the company hopes to boost its user base by more than tenfold.
