NovoJuris assists CIEL HR in acquiring Jombay

CIEL HR, which provides workforce and skilling solutions, has acquired talent assessment company Jombay (Next Leap Career Solutions). 

NovoJuris advised CIEL HR Services in the acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwin Bhat (Partner), Ansh Sali (Associate), Anusha Dash (Associate), Anmol Sharma (Associate) and Prakarsh Seth (Associate). 

Jombay, founded by Mohit Gundecha and Suruchi Wagh, is a talent assessment and talent development platform that combines technology with behavioural sciences to help organisations relook at their hiring, development and succession planning processes. The combined forces will help the companies  in expanding the customer footprint and market penetration of product portfolio mix across talent management, capability building, talent identification and succession planning.
