CIEL has made a strategic acquisition of Courseplay through cash and equity swap arrangement.

NovoJuris Legal acts for CIEL on this acquisition deal. The firm advised CIEL in the structuring of the acquisition of Courseplay from Founder and Inflection Point Ventures. The firm also advised on regulatory requirements for the acquisition, and conducted the legal due-diligence, drafting, and negotiations of the transaction documents.
