S3V Vascular Technologies Limited has secured an investment from AM Naik and others through a Series B fundraise to establish its ₹300 crore state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility for neurovascular devices.
NovoJuris Legal acted for S3V Vascular Tech on this transaction. The firm advised S3V on the regulatory requirements, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
