4BaseCare, a healthcare startup, has secured $6 million in its Series A round led by Florintree, Yali Capital, along with existing investor Mount Judi and others.

NovoJuris Legal acted as Legal Counsel for 4BaseCare and advised on the structuring and execution of the entire transaction, including entity reorganization and providing end-to-end legal support.
