Vertices Partners, ICUL lead on Open Secret Series A investment led by Sixth Sense Ventures

The freshly infused capital will be used to launch more products, build capacity, strengthen the team, scale up the capabilities in tech and expand distribution presence.

Mumbai-based healthy snack brand Open Secret (Immaculatebites Private Limited) has raised Series A investment led by Sixth Sense India Opportunities III, Matrix Partners India Investments III,LLC, and Matrix Partners India III AIF Trust.

Founded in 2019 by Ahana Gautam and Udit Kejriwal, Open Secret has an expanding portfolio of products like cookies, chips, spreads, nuts and shake mix.

Vertices Partners advised Immaculatebites with a team led by Associate Partner Vishal Mehta along with Associate Managers Vani Panicker and Anushree Pathak.

Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

ICUL advised the investors with a team led by Partners Sambhav Ranka and Rowena D’souza along with Senior Associate Abhishek Pai and Associate Urvi Gala.
