Pioneer Legal has assisted and advised North Carolina IT company Computerbilities Inc in relation to its acquisition of 100% stake in Computerbilities Technology Center Private Limited (“Computerbilities India”), facilitating Computerbilities Inc to establish its legal presence in India.

The Firm advised and assisted Computerbilities Inc in relation to: (i) drafting, negotiation and execution of the transaction document; and (ii) in the closing of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Anupam Shukla (Partner) and Shreya Masalia (Associate).
