Pioneer Legal advises Dentsu Group on its acquisition of majority stake in Extentia Information Technology

The Denstu Group, through its Indian subsidiary Dentsu Aegis Network India, has acquired an 80% stake in Extentia Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Pioneer Legal advised the Dentsu Group on the deal.

The core transaction team consisted of Satish Kishanchandani (Managing Partner) Pritha Jha (Partner), Param Gupta and Pavana Padmakumar (Associates).

The diligence team was led by Sanket Jain (Partner), Anupam Shukla (Partner) and Pritha Jha (Partner) with the support of Sameer Raina (Principal Associate), Pavana Padmakumar (Senior Associate), Param Gupta (Associate) and Nishtha Jaisingh (Associate)

Extentia Information Technology Private Limited is a global technology services firm. Post this deal, Extentia will join Merkle, a leading customer experience management company within dentsu Group to meet the growing market demand in driving complex architecture integrations
