Pioneer Legal, Anoma Legal act on Universal Music India acquisition of stake in TM Ventures

The majority stake in TM Ventures Private Limited (TMV) was acquired by Universal Music India.

Pioneer Legal advised TMV on matters pertaining to structuring of the transaction, negotiation and finalization of the definitive agreements and the closing of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Shoubhik Dasgupta (Partner), Eishan Agnihotri (Senior Associate) and Rugwed Dhage (Associate).

Anoma Legal and the in-house legal team of Universal Music India assisted Universal Music India in this transaction.
