Saurabh Goel and Madhur Gujar, promoters of Amber Internet Solutions Private Limited have made a secondary sale of a nominal portion of their stake to Claris Capital Limited.

Pioneer Legal advised and assisted the promoters of Amber on this stake sale.

The transaction team consisted of Anupam Shukla (Partner), Pranjal Mishra (Associate) and Shivaansh Gulati (Associate).

Claris was being represented by its in-house legal counsels.
