Pioneer Legal and Rajani Associates acted on OmniActive Health Technologies Limited's acquisition of Enovate Biolife Private Limited.

According to the company, this move aims to enhance OmniActive's commitment to delivering innovative, science-backed health solutions for consumers. OmniActive Health Technologies, founded in 2005, specializes in providing scientifically validated, IP-protected, branded specialty actives and a broad range of natural botanical actives. This acquisition marks OmniActive's second strategic expansion, following its purchase of Bangalore-based botanical ingredients company IndFrag in 2017

ENovate Biolife, established in 2009 by pharmacists Latha and Jayesh Chaudhary, focuses on developing proprietary, clinically studied botanical ingredients across various health categories, including sports and active nutrition, joint and lower back support, men's health, and heart health. Their product portfolio features notable ingredients such as Muvz, RedNite, and the award-winning Oxyjun. Jayesh Chaudhary, founder and CEO of ENovate, expressed pride in their achievements, stating, "We are extremely proud of the strides we have made to help our loyal customers deliver products formulated with clinically backed ingredients to address consumer health and performance needs.
