Blend360, LLC has acquired FutureprooofAI India Private Limited for an undisclosed amount.

Pioneer Legal advised and assisted Blend360 on matters pertaining to structuring of the Transaction for the India leg of the transaction, conducting the due diligence, negotiation and finalization of the definitive agreements and the closing of the Transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Pritha Jha (Partner), Anupam Shukla (Partner), Vedika Shah (Senior Associate), Mamta Jain (Associate) and Shreya Masalia (Paralegal).
